The E- 180 softgels The difference between Carotec's natural E complex and other vitamin E supplements is like the difference between a symphony orchestra and a solitary drummer. Like a lonely drummer, a synthetic or "natural but esterified" form of the alpha-tocopherol fraction all by itself may keep rhythm, but it does not make beautiful music in your active body chemistry. The vitamin E complex is essential for life and health. Every muscle in your body, including your hard working heart muscle, must have these fat soluble vitamins to function properly -- it's that simple and that profound. We bring you the entire orchestra. We have refused to denature vitamin E. "The" E is a product of only non-esterified, mixed natural tocopherols. You will see by our label that each softgel capsule contains 200 IU of alpha-tocopherol plus 194 mg of the other tocopherol fractions as follows: 162 mg of gamma-tocopherol; 65 mg of delta-tocopherol; and 6 mg of beta-tocopherol. (The remainder of the distillate contains beneficial plant compounds, including squalene; there is no added soy oil in the product.) This means that when you buy "The" E you are getting a potent complex of all four fractions of the tocopherols of vitamin E very much like the way nature provides them in food. You are not getting it in an isolated, chemicalized form of the alpha fraction only. So, it's obviously prudent to supplement your diet with the entire orchestra of naturalvitamin E tocopherols -- No wonder we called it "The" E. "The" E comes in 180-softgel bottles with each softgel containing the ingredients as listed above. The 200 IU size softgel is ideal for individualized supplementation. We do not recommend taking more than 400 IU or two capsules of our potent "The" E daily, and the smaller units allow you to take one in the morning and one later in the day.
