Milligrams are a measure of weight. The chelated minerals include the weight of the amino acid as well as the element. Each Lombic tablet contains the following: 5 mg copper aspartate (1 mg elemental copper); 60 mg iron aspartate (7.3 mg elemental iron); 10 mg zinc aspartate (2.9 mg elemental zinc); 100 mg magnesium aspartate (6.8 mg elemental magnesium); 100 mg potassium aspartate (32.3 mg elemental potassium); and 10 mg manganese aspartate (1 mg elemental manganese). It is suggested that you take one or two Lombic tablets daily with meals.
