Lombic-TraceMinerals-150tablet Because we live in a world where nutrients are largely missing from the farm soils and are refined out of our foods, and most people eat and drink junk that robs their bodies of vitamins and minerals every day, the minerals in Lombic are, indeed, absolutely necessary to a healthy diet. Lombic is a tried-and-true multiple mineral developed by Koehler Chemie of Germany and has a proven track record for success. One enterically coated tablet contains magnesium, potassium, manganese, copper, zinc and iron -- all carried by aspartic acid, an essential amino acid. Milligrams are a measure of weight. The chelated minerals include the weight of the amino acid as well as the element. Each Lombic tablet contains the following: 5 mg copper aspartate (1 mg elemental copper); 60 mg iron aspartate (7.3 mg elemental iron); 10 mg zinc aspartate (2.9 mg elemental zinc); 100 mg magnesium aspartate (6.8 mg elemental magnesium); 100 mg potassium aspartate (32.3 mg elemental potassium); and 10 mg manganese aspartate (1 mg elemental manganese).
