Product Description
VITAMIN B12: Our 2021 version of Vitamin B-
12 contains 1000 mcg of methylcobalamin (MeCobal-
Active®, a registered trademark of HTBA of Spain [formerly
Exquim]) and 1000 mcg of adenocobalamin,
also made by HTBA. Methylcobalamin is more concentrated
than other forms of B12 in the cerebrospinal
fluid where it can be used by the central nervous system.*
It donates methyl groups to the myelin sheath
that insulates certain nerve fibers.* Adenocobalamin
is also an 'active" form of cobalamin, considered the
"mitochondrial" form of Vitamin B12.* Adenocobalamin
helps boost energy levels.* Both forms help support
normal nerve function and help support normal
conversion of homocysteine to methionine.*

Supplement Facts/Ingredients
• 90 lozenges per bottle/90-day supply
Each lozenge provides:
• 2,000 mcg vitamin B12 (as methylcobalaminand adenocobalamin)
Other ingredients: Xylitol, mannitol, natural flavor and
color, magnesium vegetable stearate, and citric acid
Directions for Use
• Take one (1) lozenge per day. Place under tongue
and allow to dissolve slowly, altering its position to
avoid prolonged contact with the same area.
